1998 — Disha Associates begins
Disha Associates starts in Anand, Gujarat, as a 3D visualization and graphic design studio, creating renders, walkthroughs and marketing material for architects, builders and interior designers.

Over nearly three decades, the studio has served more than 2000 companies across India and internationally, including the USA and Africa, on architectural and interior visualization, real estate walkthroughs, brochures and brand design — using professional tools including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and Illustrator.

As AI changed visualization, Sejal Sevak founded Ananta, with Disha Associates as co-founder, to offer AI-powered services for architecture and commercial advertising.
ArkViz AI
Ananta developed ArkViz AI, putting that visualization experience into a web platform that turns sketches, CAD and SketchUp screenshots, floor plans and site plans into photorealistic renders — without prompt writing, and with the design kept as designed.
