# ArkViz AI

> ArkViz AI is a web-based AI architectural visualization platform. Architects, interior designers and 3D visualizers upload a sketch, CAD drawing, floor plan, site plan, SketchUp screenshot or 3D view and get a photorealistic, client-ready render in about 15–45 seconds. The original design geometry is preserved, and no prompt writing is needed. ArkViz AI is built in India by Ananta, an AI company founded by Sejal Sevak with Disha Associates as co-founder. Disha Associates is a 3D visualization and graphic design studio serving architects, builders and interior designers in India and internationally (including the USA and Africa) since 1998.

## What ArkViz AI does

- Render Exterior: photorealistic building exteriors from SketchUp/CAD screenshots, sketches, GLB 3D models or photos. Styles: Photoreal, Watercolor, Illustrate, Sketch, Blueprint, CAD, Clean. Lighting & time presets (Golden hour, Morning, Sunset, Blue hour, Night, Evening view) plus precise time, sky type, seasons (Summer, Spring, Autumn, Winter, Rain, Mist), regional environments (Indian, Asian, European, American, Japanese, Arabic, African), people/vehicles and camera views (front, side, aerial, axo, closeup, hero shot, scale model). Optional project location for climate-accurate seasons. Day-to-night conversion of an existing render.
- Render Interior: photorealistic room interiors from sketches, SketchUp/CAD screenshots, GLB 3D models or room photos. 8 room types (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, office, kids room, corridor), 10 styles (Modern, Minimalist, Scandinavian, Industrial, Bohemian, Luxury, Traditional, Japandi, Art Deco, Rustic), 7 lighting presets, mood and camera presets, and furniture staging (keep furniture, virtual staging, or empty the room).
- Floor Plan 3D: turns a single 2D floor plan image into a photorealistic top-down 3D render showing the layout, furniture and finishes.
- Site Plan Render: 3D views from 2D site plans and master plans — view types Aerial Top, Isometric, Perspective, Axonometric; styles Photoreal, Watercolor, Illustrated, Sketch, Technical; seasons incl. Tropical and Dry Season; optional project location for climate accuracy.
- Inpaint & Draw: brush over part of a render and describe the change to swap materials, remove things, or add people, trees and vehicles; only the brushed area changes.
- Edit Layers: automatically detects elements in a render (walls, sofas, lamps, curtains, decor); click or shift-click to select them and describe the edit, e.g. change a wall colour or replace furniture.
- Landscape Render: turn site sketches, bare plot photos or outdoor views into landscaped renders — hardscape (Stone Pavers, Concrete Pavers, Gravel, Decking, Brick Pathway), planting density (Sparse, Moderate, Lush), seasons incl. Tropical and Desert, lighting and camera presets.
- Object Render: render individual furniture, fixtures or design objects in photorealistic detail, on a clean background or in context.
- Text to Render: create a render from a plain-text description, with no source image.
- Iterate without regenerating: change facade material or lighting (day, blue hour, night) while keeping the same building geometry.
- Upscale output up to 8K resolution (resolution depends on plan).

- Disha Associates (since 1998, Anand, Gujarat; 2000+ companies served): 3D architectural and interior visualization, real estate walkthroughs and graphic design (brochures, logos, leaflets, letterheads, visiting cards) for architects, builders and interior designers across India and internationally, including the USA and Africa. Tools used include 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and Illustrator.
- Ananta: AI company founded by Sejal Sevak (founder and proprietor), with Disha Associates as co-founder. Offers ArkViz AI, AI real estate cinematic walkthroughs, and AI visual work for architecture and commercial advertising.
